• Ensure the participation of all employees and make the working environment healthy and safe.
• Fulfill all obligations on the basis of national occupational health and safety legislation as well as internationally recognized standards.
• Assess existing and potential risks, and identify, implement and maintain the necessary control measures.
• Ensure planning and practical preparedness for emergencies that may occur despite all measures.
• The management of GEM A.Ş. undertakes to effectively implement and maintain training and other organizational measures to increase employees’ awareness and competence in the field of health and safety, and to support their professional development.
• Monitor the best current technological and scientific practices that can improve occupational health and safety, and allocate the necessary resources for their integration into our system.
• Ensure the maintenance of the occupational health and safety management system and set realistic goals for its continuous development based on the ISO 45001 standard. By continuously analyzing our goals and the results achieved on the way to them, we raise the standards in the field of health and safety.
• Ensure the preservation and development of the shared safety culture created at GEM A.Ş.
